In Zhangjiajie in February, the spring is still cold. On February 23, there was still a thick layer of snow in the Huangshizhai Scenic Spot of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Among the cliffs of several viewing platforms such as Hou Shuai gathers soldiers and Fairies present flowers, a group of “red-clothed warriors” were active. They use downhill equipment and brave the low temperature to fly over the eaves and walls in a complex environment. Their bold behavior attracted the onlookers of visiting tourists. At first everyone thought it was a performance, but later they learned that they were picking up garbage on the cliff, and they praised them repeatedly and said they wanted to be a civilized tourist.
This batch of "red-clothed warriors" volunteers came from the Mountain Rescue Team of Wulingyuan District, with a total of 11 people. They carried out on-site first aid training in Huangshizhai Scenic Spot, and also took on the task of picking up white garbage such as plastic bags and beverage bottles to protect the world natural heritage environment with practical actions, and to advocate civilized travel and cherish ecology.
On the same day, an aerial photography enthusiast tourist accidentally dropped a drone onto a cliff in Huangshizhai. Several "red-clothed warriors" heard the news and "traveled" between the peaks and forests again, and finally found the lost drone for the tourist. Photographed by by Deng Daoli
