天鹅池风力发电项目位于慈利县北部的道人山山顶，海拔近700米，一共建设了13台风力发电机组，总投资3.8亿元，每台塔筒高度95米，叶轮直径156米，叶片长度76米，单台容量3兆瓦，其叶片长度和单台容量甚为罕见。

站在道人山山顶，慈利县城尽收眼底，随着十余台风力发电机沿着山脉矗立，到了夏天晴朗的夜晚，站在这里仰望天空，星空皓月与发电机的灯光交相辉映，构成一道魔幻夜景，这里也成为摄影发烧友寻找镜头美景中的热门“主阵地”。

The Swan Pond wind power project is located at the top of Daoren Mountain in the north of Cili County, with an altitude of nearly 700 meters. 13 wind generating sets have been built in all, total investment of 380 million Yuan, height of each tower 95 meters, impeller diameter 156 meters, blade length 76 meters, and capacity of a single set 3 MW, whose blade length and single set capacity are very rare.

Standing at the top of Daoren Mountain, Cili County is in full view. With more than ten wind generating sets erected along the mountain, standing here looking up at the sky on clear summer nights, the bright moon in the starry sky and the lights of the generators are reflected make up a magical night scene, which has also become a popular hot "main position " for photographers looking for beautiful shots.
