Have you ever seen such A Great Tree-like stalactite? It is a landscape in a well preserved karst cave somewhere about Bamaoxi, Sangzhi County. Recently, the team members of the Blue Sky Rescue of Zhangjiajie City entered the cave with such professional equipments as cords under natives' guidance, performed an elementary resource survey of the cave, and recorded the landscape inside the cave with cameras.
It is described that the cave has three layers. The first layer is relatively smooth and easy of access. The second layer and the third layer only allow well-trained persons wearing professional equipments to get in. According to the explored areas in the cave, there are stalagmite and stone columns standing in great numbers, pervasive curtains and scenes, various poses and shapes.
At present, the team has entered the cave twice and got to the second layer. As the cave is large, the lighting condition is bad, every passing in and out takes about five hours. Next step, they prepare to probe into the third layer.
