这是张家界首部大型室内行进式沉浸体验秀。博物馆拥有万件湘西民间珍贵藏品，首创数字艺术情景展演新形式，运用魔幻剧场、3D投幕、VR轨道车、地震平台、全息舞台等多种尖端多媒体技术，精心打造十个现代多媒体展演厅，复活湘西不同时代的历史面貌，生动演绎湘西独特的民俗文化、巫楚文化、祭祀文化、战争文化，让来访者身临其境地感受湘西灿烂文明与文化传承。
